We have a 30 day return policy. If you don’t like the color of your Gorilla Cover just send it back and tell us which color you like. We will get it out to you promptly.

To date, we have had very few Gorilla Bag returns. Once a bag is open it is pretty much impossible to return it unless you have an amazing supersized vacuum.  If you haven't opened your bag and you want to ship it back, we will be happy to take it.  Email our support team for further return instructions and address.  Gorilla Bags does not pay for return shipping.

We know you're excited to receive your bag (who wouldn't be?).  Most bags will ship within a few days although at times it may take up to two weeks to process.  Gorilla Bags are actually made when you order, and unlike other companies, your "fresh" bag hasn't been sitting around packed in a warehouse for six months. In addition, we ship our bags via Fedex ground which may take up to 7 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that if you order multiple Gorilla Bags they will be shipped in different boxes with different shipping numbers.  But don't worry, its all on its way.

  We only ship to the lower 48 states.  No P.O. Box addresses, no APOs, no Australia.

All bags have a one year warranty.  Warranty covers tears, rips, and anything else that will in all likelihood never happen.  Please email our support team if you need assistance.

Please use love and affection when caring for your bag. They may be tough, but they need lots o’ love.

Gorilla Bag Covers are cold-water machine washable. However, because we use the best material available, you should not have to wash the cover. Just use a damp wash rag to wipe off that dropped pizza.

On the other hand, Gorilla Bags are covered with the highest-quality, most comfortable fabric available. It is filled with all-new, first-quality foam similar to that which is found in other furniture.

You have probably heard of a Love Sac, and some of you probably even own a Love Sac.  Guess what - we owned one too and we loved it!  The bag was oversized and comfortable.  But the big problem was that the Love Sac cost an arm and a leg and had limited fabric options.  We set out to build a company that made the same quality foam bag but at a lower price and with more options (this is what you call a win-win-win).

Well, we found a way to do it.

Furthermore, you can find a color and fabric to match your awesome lifestyle and decor.  And by the way, we manufacture here in the good ol' red, white, and blue and ship directly from the factory.  No overseas manufacturing here.
